The Lloyd Iverson Scholarship

In recognition of the years of service Professor Lloyd Iverson provided to the University of Oklahoma and as a member of the Board of Directors of the OU Federal Credit Union, the following scholarship has been established in his honor:

The OU Federal Credit Union is offering a scholarship in the amount of $500.00 to full-time undergraduate students attending the University of Oklahoma who are members of the Credit Union. The student selected will be designated as a Lloyd Iverson Scholar and their name will be placed on a plaque listing all such scholars. Students in all areas and majors will be considered. The scholarship will be awarded at the OUFCU Annual Meeting. The scholarship will be primarily based on merit and service. Interested applicants should submit a letter of interest, resume, and at least one letter of reference from a professor. To be considered, you must follow all rules clearly stated. The application packet should include:

• Academic performance at the University level (transcript required)
• Current scholarships and honors
• Aims and intentions after graduation
• Service within and outside the university community
• Indication of need for financial support

Your application will be denied if rules are not followed as outlined
